Job Description

Reporting to Senior Sales Supervisor, Field Sales Supervisor for Estonian market will:

  • According to the established route, visit retail stores throughout the territory of Estonia and ensure qualitative merchandising standards implementation for JDE goods
  • Ensure effective daily control of merchandising partners and timely solution of problems to have best-in-class in-store execution
  • Implement necessary in-store activities
  • Monitor and ensure fulfilment of JDE Estonia agreements with regard to 2nd placements, planograms, assortment, POS materials and product on-shelf availability
  • Be a trusted advisor for store managers and ensure long term cooperation with retailer’s staff
  • Monitor in-store activities of competition and transmit information to JDE managers

Qualifications

For this role as a Field Sales Supervisor we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Sales/Merchandising/Retail  or another relevant sales experience
  • FMCG experience is an advantage
  • Excellent planning, organization and communication skills, results oriented
  • Knowledge of the Estonian language
  • Good English skills would be an advantage
  • High level of accountability and entrepreneurship
  • Team player - open minded with high interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Driving licence
